Pitzer College Core Value: Student Engagement

Why is this important?

We help students raise and confront the big issues in life, inside and outside of the classroom.

What will my gift do?

Pitzer College must heighten its ability to offer scholarship support to attract and retain the best students from around the world. Our 50Forward Campaign challenges us to secure a strong base of scholarship funds to cultivate future leaders from every socioeconomic level, enabling us to bring both quality and diversity to campus.

Currently, Pitzer gives financial aid to about 40 percent of our students and expends more than 20 percent of our budget on scholarships. The current cost of attending Pitzer is approximately $59,266 with the average aid offered at $39,316.

Pitzer is committed to ensuring that any student—regardless of financial circumstances—has the opportunity to benefit from a Pitzer College education.

What are the potential outcomes?

By investing in the Pitzer College Annual Fund, you have the chance to ensure that future generations receive the gift of a Pitzer College education – the foundation from which they can transform the world. Now more than ever, the world needs what Pitzer offers.
